Office Policies
- We do not allow any weapons, substances, or paraphernalia on the property.
- We reserve the right to end a session or deny a session due to a client being intoxicated.
- If two (2) or more appointments are missed without contacting HCB Counseling, sessions will be terminated and cannot be reinstated until contact with our clinical director.
- For your safety and protection, we do adhere to ‘Duty To Warn’. If there is suspected harm to self or others or suspected child abuse we have a duty to warn the police/ Child Protective Services (CPS).
- Some medical conditions may require medical clearance before treatment begins or for treatment to continue. Please have documentation ready to provide to HCB Counseling.
